Nikhil Varma, PhD

Dr. Nikhil is an Associate Professor of Management at Ramapo College of New Jersey, where his research unites operations management, blockchain, artificial intelligence, and sustainable supply-chain systems. Backed by two decades of industry practice, he advises Web3 start-ups and serves as Technical Lead for the Algorand Foundation’s India initiatives. He also chairs the blockchain-and-fintech innovation workgroup at The Digital Economist and has held visiting posts at IIT Delhi and Molde University, Norway.
