Web3Assam Winter Cohort 2.0 Underway to Strengthen the Region’s Blockchain Builder Community

Guwahati, Assam – Web3Assam has launched its Winter Cohort 2.0, a focused builder program that began on November 15, 2025 designed to support developers and early-stage founders aiming to build practical blockchain-based projects. This ongoing initiative offers hands-on learning, guided development, and close interaction with industry collaborators.

The organizing team stated that this edition follows a complete product-building journey. Participants progress from idea exploration to smart contract development, prototyping, documentation, and launch planning—receiving mentorship from leading professionals in the Web3 ecosystem. The program emphasizes practical work, collaborative learning, and exposure to modern decentralized technologies.

Participants follow a structured curriculum covering:

• Foundations of Web3 and decentralized systems
• Smart contract development and dApp workflows
• Token design and architecture fundamentals
• Project development with technical guidance
• Whitepaper creation and technical documentation
• Storytelling and marketing for early-stage products
• Final demos for mentors and ecosystem partners

Each participant or team will complete a working prototype and present it to a panel of builders, technical mentors, and partner organizations at the closing demo day.

The first Web3Assam Winter Cohort last year, brought together 18 participants, 12 of whom secured internship opportunities through partner organizations. Projects ranged from decentralized identity tools to community platforms and infrastructure prototypes. Many alumni remain active contributors in the Web3Assam community.

With Winter Cohort 2.0 now in progress, Web3Assam continues to welcome builders from across the northeastern region of India —driving collaboration and innovation in the expanding blockchain ecosystem.
