Binance to Shut Down Binance Pool and Related Mining Services on November 10

Binance is closing Binance Pool and related mining services on November 10, 2026, at 07:00 UTC. The shutdown ends Cloud Mining, Pool Savings, the Transaction Accelerator, hashrate alerts, and the pool API. Miners must switch pools, redeem Pool Savings, and verify accounts before the cutoff.

Key points

  • Binance will discontinue Binance Pool, Pool Savings, Cloud Mining, and the Transaction Accelerator at 07:00 UTC on November 10, 2026.
  • Telegram hashrate alerts, email notifications, and the mining pool API will stop on the same date, and Stratum URLs and mining endpoints will be disabled.
  • Miners must move their hardware to another pool before the cutoff, redeem Pool Savings, and verify their accounts to receive any outstanding rewards.

Binance will shut down Binance Pool and a group of related mining services on November 10, 2026, the exchange said in an announcement published on October 13. The Binance Pool shutdown ends the company’s mining pool, Pool Savings, Cloud Mining, and the Transaction Accelerator at 07:00 UTC that day.

The closure covers the core mining pool and a cluster of adjacent products. Binance will also retire Telegram hashrate alerts, email notifications, and the mining pool API services on the same date. The exchange launched the pool in 2020 and later widened it with cloud mining contracts and support for more coins. The wind-down removes one of the larger names from the Bitcoin pool market in a single step.

The closure comes “as part of our ongoing review of products and services,” Binance said in the notice, without giving a specific reason for ending the business.

What the Binance Pool Shutdown Means for Miners

At 07:00 UTC on November 10, Binance will begin disconnecting mining connections and disable its Stratum URLs and mining endpoints, the connection points that mining machines use to reach a pool. Hashrate and mining shares submitted after that time will no longer be accepted, processed, or credited, and the affected products will stop generating rewards or yield.

The exchange advised miners to point their hardware to a different pool before the cutoff, which falls at 12:30 p.m. Indian Standard Time, to avoid interruptions. Binance asked users with active Pool Savings positions to unsubscribe or redeem them before the service ends. The company also told account holders to complete any required identity verification by 23:59 UTC on November 10, so that eligible rewards, refunds, or settlements can be processed under its pool product terms.

Eligible mining shares submitted before the cutoff will still count toward the final reward calculation. Binance said it would handle outstanding balances and settlements after the shutdown, subject to account status, risk controls, and compliance checks.

Binance will remove all Binance Pool links from its homepage on November 10. The pool’s pages will stay open for 14 days, until November 24 at 07:00 UTC, so users can review historical data, account records, and payout status before those pages become permanently inaccessible.

The retreat reverses years of expansion into mining by the exchange. It also arrives during a year of wind-downs across crypto infrastructure, including the Ethereum layer-2 network Blast, which began closing in October after its deposits fell sharply. For the miners who relied on Binance Pool, the practical result is a forced move to another operator before their machines stop earning.
