“We believe the gaming industry is on the cusp of a transformative shift with the advent of mini-game apps on social platforms like Telegram and now Discord. This evolution represents an untapped user acquisition and engagement frontier, particularly within the web3 space,” said Long Do, CEO and Founder of Anomaly.

Furthermore, long mentioned that users can also connect any of their Anomaly NFT collections for double-up rewards and points, amongst other perks

Game developers on platforms like Telegram are facing fierce competition, especially in clicker mini-games. Two popular examples are Notcoin and Hamster Kombat, which has attracted over 250 million users.

Pixelverse, known for its game PixelTap on Telegram, recently raised an additional $2 million, adding to its existing $5.5 million funding. The company is preparing for the launch of its PIXFI token on July 18th.

Anomaly, funded with $1.45 million from Decasonic, is gaining attention for its AI-driven gaming SDK and L3 blockchain on Arbitrum Orbit. The company has also joined Google’s Startup Cloud Program.
